| Sophomore catcher has made major improvements both offensively and defensively since the end of last season. Big, strong player who should hit in the middle of the batting order this season. Has tremendous power and should improve dramatically on his .198 batting average from a season ago. Started 20 games as a freshman and added five doubles, two home runs, and 12 RBI. A natural catcher, Milleville can also play first base. If not starting at either of those positions, should find regular playing time at DH to get his power bat into the lineup. Had a solid summer playing in Alaska (.280 AVG, 1 HR). The Kansas High School Player of the Year as a junior and senior, Milleville figures to be a top draft prospect in 2008. |
