| In his SR year (5-4), Evans rushed for 1,310 yds and 14 TDs (8.5 ypc). He also caught 6 balls for 198 yds. On defense he had 40 tackles and one pick. Last season as a junior Evans rushed for 802 on 116 carries, caught 23 passes for 225 yards and scored 14 touchdowns. Defensively he had 24 tackles and one interception. He runs a 10.9 100 meters, 22.3 200 meters and 49.4 400 meters.
Evans reports a 3.8 GPA and a 22 ACT--"I've still got the same score I had before I retook the ACT on Dec 4. But I think I'm qualified for Stanford because if I take my top scores from certain sections of the test it adds up to 24. We'll just have to see."

Evans: "I move well and I'm very hard to take down. I use my hands to stay up and I'm very shifty and elusive. I have great quickness. I need to bulk up and get stronger. I want to run over people more and work on my footwork."
