| Biography: |
| Arguably the top center in the nation as a high school prep in 2003, and a consensus All-American out of St. Anthony's HS in New York, Fletcher carries a world of weighty expectations. He has off-scale strength for an incoming freshman, while still maintaining quickness and speed. "Fletch" is just as well known for his incredible fire and leadership, which were on display for a full 12 months during the recruitment of his Stanford class. Only three freshmen have ever been ready to play in their first year under the watch of OL coach Steve Morton during his distinguished college coaching career. Fletch has a real shot to be the fourth, despite very solid depth in the interior of the OL this year at Stanford. |
