Phelps' seventh-inning double put Stanford ahead		By Joe Ritzo Senior Baseball Editor Date: Feb 24, 2007 On the strength of a big seventh inning at the plate and the work of two freshman pitchers, the Cardinal knocked off Kansas, 4-1, on Saturday afternoon to clinch the series victory. Three doubles in the bottom of the seventh led to three runs in the deciding frame offensively for Stanford. Meanwhile, the pitching staff continued to excel at Sunken Diamond this early season.
