So much of recruiting today is predicated upon junior film, but this spring evaluation period also unveils breakout talents. Arizona cornerback Quinn Evans soared onto the scene recently at a Scout.com All-American Combine with a 4.40 40 and 36.1" vertical, second and third at the combine, respectively. Evans impressed again a week later in the Midwest and grabbed his first offer - from Stanford.
