'07 Unwrapped: Michael Keck

One of Stanford's early scholarship offers in this 2007 recruiting class went to the Show Me State, where Michael Keck has shown college coaches across the nation that he is an exciting prospect for their DE/OLB plans. The Harrisonville (Mo.) High School standout has been something of a mystery, however - private and rarely interviewed. We recently caught up with him and uncovered his story.

At 6'5" and 220 pounds, Michael Keck might confound your projections as a college football player.  He has the frame and 4.5 speed of an elite outside linebacker, where he played his freshman and sophomore seasons.  But the Harrisonville (Mo.)
