Bootleg Video: Monday Press Conference

Senior DE Julian Jenkins

On Monday, we were treated to Q&A sessions with senior defensive end Julian Jenkins and junior fullback Nick Frank at the weekly Stanford Football press conference. Both talked about the disappointment of not finishing the UCLA game, still poignant 48 hours later. After having reviewed the game film, they talk about lessons learned, as well as the USC game looming large this Saturday.

Representing the defense and offense, respectively, Jenkins and Frank answered questions Monday from the local media.  Both had career days Saturday in the loss to UCLA but are left with a sour taste in their mouths.  Jenkins addresses the defensive approach to the game and the last few drives, and how the Cardinal can fare better next time.  He also extends an invitation to the media and fans...  Frank talks about his role in the single-back offense and the increased running load he received on Saturday, though with great humility.
