Friday Night Lights: Mission Viejo

It was supposed to be entertaining, but it turned into a rout. Mission Viejo (Calif.), arguably the top prep program on the west coast and even the country, rolled right through Issaquah (Wash.) 55-36 in the Emerald City Kickoff Classic, held on Labor Day at Qwest Field in Seattle. We were entertained, nonetheless, by Scout.com's #2 tight end in the nation in his senior opener.

With Chane Moline, Sean Fitzgerald and the Reuland brothers paving the way, Mission Viejo cruised to a 48-point halftime lead. Moline had 65 yards on six carries and three scores, Fitzgerald scored twice on big plays, and Reuland...
