Texas Receiver Rising

While most of the attention on the offensive side of the ball at Stanford's overnight football camp last week was on the quarterbacks, there was a lightning quick receiver impressing on the other end of those passes. Track and football standout Clint Renfro has been overshadowed by a couple teammates at Southlake (Tex.) Carroll this recruiting season, though that is starting to change.

Southlake (Texas) wide receiver Clint Renfro (6-0, 161, 4.4) says his top six schools are Texas Tech, TCU, Stanford, Missouri, Baylor and USC. All have offered, except for the Trojans. Renfro, from Carroll High School, insists his forty time is sub-4.4; he maintains it's great because he loves to run track. And he says that he wants to double-sport in college.
