The verbals started coming in for Coach Teevens and one of the first was Trevor Hooper - check out the press release.

CJ's Corner, a weekly hoops column, looked at What we learned from Oregon.

ME-97 provided another football recruiting story - David Beall is coming to Stanford.

Gail Tate made a temporary comeback with a look at the hiring of Buddy Teevens - Extreme Ted.

On Wednesday, Simon Sez gave us a Washington State Preview. He predicted a 15-20 point victory - we won by 33!

Also on Wednesday, Chad and Hulk released updates of their recruiting database - Recruiting Update 1/16/02 - Offense and Recruiting Update 1/16/02 - Defense.

Early on Thursday, TreeBoy published his lates BootPowerRatings. The BootComputer likes the Trojans this week!

ME-97 provided a recap and commentary of the lopsided victory over WSU.

Stan4Hoops did a terrific job of breaking down the Huskies of Washington in his preview of our Saturday opponent.

Terry wrote a thoughtful piece about the Hopes and Expectations for Stanford Football. A must-read for any true CardinalManiac™.

Posts of the Week were released on Saturday morning. Hulk01 had two posts that were recognized. The others were penned by cmp, RoyalFellow and postmasterbuddah.

The updated Hoops BootPool Standings were released by ME-97. Six Booties tied for the weekly title with 13 correct picks (out of 16).

YCF was tabbed to recap the hoops slaughter of UW on Saturday - Stanford Scores Triples in Clobbering of Puppies.

Finally. ME-97 filed a very insightful and timely recap of Buddy's latest recruiting coup - Buddy Gets Big Weekend Sweep.
