Post-Rose Bowl Field Frenzy: DE Josh Mauro

After glorious victory in the 99th Rose Bowl was secured, it was a crazy scene down on the field, with Stanford players running, hugging and high-five-ing all takers! The Bootleg caught DE Josh Mauro and asked him about the amazing jump he got on the Badgers' snap count that led to a rather spectacular defensive stuff late in the contest, when the Stanford Defense was asserting its iron will.

As the Stanford crowd counted down the final seconds in the 99th Rose Bowl game, "Emeritus" caught up with redshirt junior defense end Josh Mauro on his way to the center of the field. Josh was so pumped I thought he was going to take a bite out of my digital recorder. Hope you will enjoy the raw emotion and pure elation in his voice as much as I did!
